Add Customer #
Click Add Customer #
Click the “Add Customer” button at the bottom of the POS to input new customer information and save it.
Enter Customer Details #
On this page, you can either input the customer details manually or scan the customer’s license, which is located at the top right corner of the screen.
Key Features #
These are the key features in this customer creation page:
• Account credit
• Tax Exempt
• Price level
Account Credit Limit #
a. “Account Credit Limit”: Sets the maximum points or rewards a customer can earn.
Tax Exempt #
b. “Tax Exempt”: Excludes tax charges for loyalty program customers.
Price Level #
c. “Price Level”: Offers different pricing tiers based on loyalty.
Save Button #
Once all details are entered, click “Save” to add the customer to the system successfully.
Edit Customer #
Modify existing information, ensuring accuracy.
Click Edit Customer #
Save Changes #
After editing, save changes by clicking “Update” to confirm successful update of customer details in the system.
Delete Customer #
Choose Customer #
Choose the customer you want to remove.
Tap Delete Customer #
Tap “Delete Customer.”
Confirmation #
Confirm by clicking “Yes.”
