Overview #
If a customer did not receive a receipt for their purchase and they decided at a later time they need a receipt then you will have the ability to perform a Reprint.
Reprint button #
Reprint will allow you to print the receipt of any transaction.
Select the Reprint button to view your list of receipts.
Popup will appear #
A popup will appear with the list of the past transactions from the cash register.

Select advanced filters #
Select advanced filters to apply filters for searching for a receipt.
Printer Button #
Once the correct receipt is found click the Printer Button to pull up a visual of the receipt.
Select Print #
Select Print to Reprint the chosen receipt for the customer.
Note: Transactions from any register can appear on the reprint list but you must enable all registers before you’ll see them. You also will have the ability to text and email these receipts from the RetailzPOS Mobile Application.
